Sales Administrator – 18k to 23k – Monday to Friday Days

Our established main dealer client are looking for a Sales Administrator / Sales Admin / Rental Controller / Hire Controller to join their team.
Working as a Sales Administrator in this role offers great opportunities to progress and develop within an established and successful commercial vehicle dealership.

Sales Administrator / Sales Admin / Rental Controller / Hire Controller Duties:

·Accurate processing of all of new and used vehicle orders
·Ordering new vehicles
·Liaising with the sales team maintenance of forecasts
·Processing finance claims
·Booking PDI’s, valeting and delivery
·Completing of taxing, using either the AFRL system for new vehicles or using V5C documents for used vehicle
·Tracking vehicle movements at all times

Sales Administrator / Sales Admin / Rental Controller / Hire Controller required skills:

·Sales Administration experience
·Experience in the motor trade
·Kerridge or Autoline experience would be a benefit but not essential
·Strong customer service, IT and organisational skills
