My client hires both general and municipal vehicles and now has a nationwide fleet of 5,000 and a product range of over 80 various vehicle types and sizes.

My Client is looking to recruit a Rental Executive for their very busy Commercial Fleet Rental business in Manchester.


The key duties of the Rental Executive are as follows:

·To communicate with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
·To correctly hire and off hire company vehicles.
·Liaise with workshops to assist in controlling repair costs.
·Develop our customer base through marketing and Telesales activities.
·Support Sales Personnel on customer visits if required.
·Be aware of Health and Safety compliance within the yard and rental areas.
·Assist in resolving customer/invoice queries
·Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction are met
·Support the Key Accounts team in customer reviews and issue resolution
·Liaise with other Managers so as to understand and support all aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate:

·Strong communication skills and an ability to work under pressure.
·Have an understanding or passion for vehicles
·Have run a vehicle hire desk to a highly organised standard
