PSV Technician - Site Leader

Salary: Up to £32,000

Hours up to 40 hours per week, + available overtime

Motivated and Enthusiastic PSV Technician required for a thriving workshop

This is an opportunity for a PSV technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team.
My client needs someone who is driven, hard working and has proven experience. In return you will work for a company that looks after its staff and have a fulfilling career.

This is a unique role in which you will be given a van and will lead a team going to various depots across the north fitting new technology to PSV's to bring them into line with EU Standards for emissions.

The PSV Technician involves:
·Warranty & follow up work from initial fitting
·Fitting new emissions Euro6 compliant systems.
·Good housekeeping routines to meet H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard.
·Utilise all Personal Protective Equipment as necessary.
·To communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager.


Required for this PSV Technician role:
·Previous experience in mechanics (preferably heavy vehicle or PSV)
·Main Dealer experience is preferable
·Level 3 in HGV or PSV
·Driving licence (preferably HGV)
·PSV Licence
·Computer literate
·Ability to work well under pressure
