PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Basic Salary – OTE up to £28,000pa
Working Hours – Monday to Friday 8:30am - 18:00pm, Every Saturday, Sundays (alternate)
Location - Bromley

Our client is seeking a professional individual to join there team as a Product Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service. Full training on products will be provided.

Responsibilities of a Product Specialist
·Be the first point of contact for customers
·Use and maintain knowledge on company products and vehicles
·Provide exceptional customer service
·Working toward personal objectives set by management
·Handing over new vehicles and going through controls with customers

Skills and Qualifications of a Product Specialist
·Experience with face to face customer service (preferably with a premium brand in retail, hospitality ot the service industry)
·A full UK driving licence
·Be a self-motivated and ambitious person who is willing to learn
·Work efficiently under pressure and towards set targets
·Ability to work as an individual
