PDI / PREP VEHICLE TECHNICIAN (Level 2-3) 
Salary: £18,000pa basic + OTE / BONUS £22,000
Location: CROYDON

Our client is seeking and experienced PDI Technician who will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.

A large part of the PDI Technician position involves:

Our client is looking for skilled technicians to support the pre-delivery team. The work consists of carrying out Pre-Delivery inspections, checking and any rectifying any work on new and used vehicles before delivery to the end user also enhancements.
Duties include:
·Carry out Pre-delivery inspections to the manufacturers standard.
·Used car prep, including servicing and small diagnostic repairs
·Receive and act upon repair orders as directed by the Workshop Controller.
·Perform the work outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
·Communicate with Parts Department to obtain parts as required.
·Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required (VHC) and notify the Service Team immediately if additional work is or is not required.
·Communicate effectively with Service Team regarding repair timescales.

WHO YOU NEED TO BE: 

Candidates must be qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ, IMI standards or equivalent (Minmum level 2). 

You will have had Main Dealer experience or Independent Garage experience. 

Have own tools and a current full driving licence.
