PARTS WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Salary – £18,000pa - £19,000pa + £2,000 Annual Bonus
Working Hours – Monday to Friday
Location – Hatfield

Our client requires an experienced Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Assistant / Warehouse Assistant / Stock Assistant / Parts Advisor for their successful Depot in Hatfield.

As a Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Assistant / Warehouse Assistant / Stock Assistant / Parts Advisor you will be support the Customer requirements both internal and external.

Responsibilities of a Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Assistant / Warehouse Assistant / Stock Assistant / Parts Advisor:

·Receive all parts orders, interpreting customer requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices
·Matching orders against stock items and advising customer of any items which are not stocked or need ordering
·Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery or pass order to stock control.
·To make up customer orders for despatch as required ensuring that they match customer order and that any shortages are highlighted
·To ensuring that all orders taken are fully completed, invoiced and despatched as scheduled
·Update the customer of progress or of any problems.

Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Assistant / Warehouse Assistant / Stock Assistant / Parts Advisor:

·Experience in a commercial parts department preferred.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Professional appearance and work ethic.
·Ability to work well in a process driven environment
·Valid Full driver license
