All Brands Specialist Parts Supervisor

My client part of one of the largest Franchise Commercial Vehicle Dealer groups is looking to employ a an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Supervisor for their BRAND NEW Flagship site in Leicestershire.

The ideal Parts Supervisor / Truck Parts Supervisor / HGV Parts Supervisor must have the following:

·Previous Commercial Vehicle Parts experience across all brands
·Ambitious with a view to progressing into Parts Management
·Excellent communication and customer service skill
·Knowledge of stock control systems and location equipment
·Extensive knowledge of Commercial Vehicle parts across all brands.
·Previous Fork Lift Truck training would be a great advantage, however training will be provided.

Main Duties of Parts Supervisor / HGV Parts Supervisor / Truck Parts Supervisor

·Ensure all paperwork is updated and recorded correctly on system
·Operate and rotate shelf life parts in accordance with product specification
·Maintain the efficient day-to-day running of the parts department
·Ensure that all customers are shown the utmost courtesy and consideration
·Assist in customer queries with comprehensive knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and components
