PARTS SUPERVISOR
Parts Supervisor required for our automotive client in Aylesbury.

Basic salary up to £28,000pa plus BONUS & OTE

Our client, a main dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to join their outstanding team in a high volume and busy parts department based in Aylesbury. Ideally you will have minimum 3 years experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude.

You will be joining a friendly parts team and working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail). As a Parts Supervisor you will also be responsible for running the department, along side ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This is a busy role which receives a high volume of calls in the department. If you are motivated in sales and feel comfortable in a selling capacity, then this role is for you! 

Working Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Saturdays (1 in 2) 8:30am - 1:30pm.

Parts Advisor Skills & Qualifications for a Parts Supervisor Role:

·Minimum 3 years automotive experience as a Parts Supervisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
·Strong stable job history
·Strong customer service experience
·Ability to thrive within a busy parts department
