PARTS MANAGER

Salary of the Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependant on experience and this is negotiable) Plus Bonus and Commission schemes

Location of the Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor: Thurrock

Hours of the Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor: 45 hours per week Monday to Friday

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor has arisen for an extremely successful Commercial Franchise Main Dealership company.

This is an opportunity for a parts manager to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through assisting your team and ensuring that the customer leaves satisfied!
You will be responsible to cover all aspects of the parts department within a large commercial dealership. Required to meet all sales targets and budgets whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for this Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor role:
·Previous experience in a similar parts manager role within the auto-motive industry, preferably commercial vehicle experience.
·The ability to positively guide others whilst teaching and encouraging.
·A can-do attitude, an enthusiastic personality and a confidence in your specialised knowledge about the auto-motive industry.
·Flexible and natural approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·An understanding of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle or a similar DMS system
·Strong, self motivated Parts Manager to take on a well established parts operations
·Experience in meeting sales targets is essential
·Good understanding of detailed parts processes
·History of managing a team
