Parts Delivery Driver

Location: Crawley

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Working hours for the Parts Delivery Driver / Parts Driver:
Monday to Friday 08:00 am - 18:00 pm (45 hours)

Our client is looking to employ an experienced Parts Delivery Driver / Parts Driver for their busy site in Crawley.

As a Parts Delivery Driver / Parts Driver you will be responsible to delivering goods to customers in a timely and safe manner in line with company and customer expectations.

The role of the Parts Delivery Driver / Parts Driver is:

·Handle incoming deliveries from suppliers as required.
·Load Delivery Vehicle in a safe and secure manner.
·Deliver orders to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
·To keep the vehicle clean at all times and regular checks on oil, water, battery, lights, tyres, fuel and report any new damage
·To maintain good customer relations by being courteous and helful at all times and to report any problems that may arise from goods or services supplied by the company.
·Where required collection of payment by agreed methods according to company policy.
·Ensure the safety and legal compliance of allocated vehicle.
·Carry out daily checks on allocated vehicle to include lights, oil and water levels, tyre conditions.
·Report to the Department Manager / Supervisor
·Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
·Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

Key requirements as a Parts Delivery Driver / Parts Driver:

·Duties involve regular repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting
·Attention to detail
·Good standard of numeracy
·Full clean driving licence
