PARTS ADVISOR / QUALITY CONTROLLER
Basic Salary - £27,000 - £31,000
Working Hours - 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday
Location - Bristol
 
Talented and Efficient Parts Advisor / Quality Controller required to join the team in a busy Accident Repair Centre. As Parts Advisor / Quality Controller you will need to be target driven with keen eye for detail.
 
Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor / Quality Controller
·Responsible for organising the Bodyshop by controlling job start and finishing times and to be aware of the status of each job
·Conducting daily progress meetings with Bodyshop staff.  
·Ensure that all jobs are being undertaken in a professional and correct manner and that final quality checks are undertaken in line with ISO 9002 or any other applicable standard.
·Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
·Deal with any customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
·Checking in parts deliveries
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor / Quality Controller  
·You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Strong customer service skills
·Previous experience in Quality Control preferred but not essential
