Parts Advisor

Our local client is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their team in Caerphilly, paying up to 25k, working days with a rotating day and late shift.

Saturdays are on a rota and there is lots of overtime at time and a half.

Working as a Parts Advisor your job will include:

·Responding to enquiries by telephone and in person
·Converting queries into sales whilst adding value
·Accurately recording vehicle information and service history
·Following up and keeping a positive relationship with clients/customers
·Replenishing and maintaining stock and keeping up with deliveries

The successful parts advisor will have all or some of the following skills/experience:

·Experience working as a Parts Advisor
·A knowledge of Kerridge
·An ability to influence others in a positive way
