PARTS ADVISOR / HGV PARTS ADVISOR

Location: Park Royal
Salary: £25,000pa up to £28,000pa + BONUS (dependant on experience)
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 07:00am - 17:00pm + every other Saturday

My client, one of the largest companies requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor / HGV Parts Advisor / for their outstanding Depot in the Park Royal.

As a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor / HGV Parts Advisor you will play a vital role in supplying both internal and external customers with parts to meet their needs.
You will be required to do both Front and Back Counter Parts, servicing both the workshop and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PARTS ADVISOR / HGV PARTS ADVISOR:

·Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
·Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
·Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
·Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
·Informing customers of any current specials.
·Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
·Covering different shifts when people are on holiday


KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARTS ADVISOR / HGV PARTS ADVISOR:

·Previous experience in a commercial parts department preferred.
·Previous sales experience preferred.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Professional appearance and work ethic.
·Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
·Valid driver license
