PARTS ADVISOR
Parts Advisor required for our dealership client in Ipswich

Basic salary £18,000pa - £21,000pa plus BONUS & OTE £25,000pa

Our client, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their motivated team in a high volume and busy parts department based in Ipswich. Ideally you will have experience as a Parts Advisor within a main dealership and have great working attitude.

You will be joining a friendly parts team and working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail) and will also serve parts to technicians and customers alike. As a parts advisor you will also be responsible for the ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This requires a flexible approach in order to deal with a high volume of calls in the department, time management is key. If you are motivated in sales and feel comfortable in a selling capacity, and consider yourself a challenge driven team player then this role is for you! 

Working Hours Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm. Saturdays (1 in 3) 8am - 1pm

Parts Advisor Skills & Qualifications for a Parts Advisor Role
·Previous automotive experience as a parts advisor 
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Front and back counter (Trade and Retail) and will serve parts to Technicians and customers.
·Strong stable job history
·Strong customer service experience
·Ability to thrive within a busy parts department
