PARTS ADVISOR

Parts Advisor required for Main Dealership based in Poole.

Salary: £20,000pa basic OTE £23,000pa 
Benefits include reduced rate on a Car Scheme & Pension

Our client, a main dealership is seeking an experienced parts advisor to join their dynamic team in a high volume and busy parts department based in Poole. Ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude.

You will be joining a friendly Parts team and working mainly on the back desk, occasionally (Retail and Trade) and will also serve parts to Vehicle Technicians. As a parts advisor you will also be responsible for the ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This is a busy role which receives a high volume of calls in the department. If you are motivated in sales and feel comfortable in a selling capacity, then this role is for you! 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours a week / Half day Saturday and is on rota (1 – 4)

 Skills & Qualifications of a Parts Advisor: 

·Previous automotive experience as a parts advisor 
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Strong customer service experience
·Ability to thrive within a busy parts department
