Parts Advisor
Salary up to £24,000pa plus OTE up to £26,000pa
Location: Hampshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our high demand brand Dealership. This dealership always puts their customers first in every aspect of their business. They offer a wide variety of products and believe in offering valuable customer service.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have previous Parts Experience within a Car Dealership and work well within a large team. The ideal candidate will have willingness and a positive attitude as this is valued more than skill sets. A high performer and all rounder Parts Advisor would work best.

General Duties;
·Checking in deliveries of Parts, and ensure that all orders are correct and safe to use
·Put all Parts into stock, front counters and onto displays
·Put all needed Parts onto work stations of the Workshop for the days jobs
·Order any parts needed
·Exchange and Return any incorrect Parts
·Telephone, Email and Customer based for queries and orders
·Use systems such as Kerridge to load all information onto online systems
·Upsell extra parts to customers - Trade and Retail
