Location – South Normanton
Our client requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Administrator for their successful Depot.
As a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor you will reporting to the operations manager to support the Customer and team requirements both internal and external.
Responsibilities of a Parts Administrator
·Purchase order creation.
·Manufacturer documentation cross-reference.
·Supplier invoice / credit reconciliation and verification.
·Customer invoicing and crediting.
·Discrepancy claim processing and progression.
·Surcharge Claim processing and progression.
·Carry out general administration duties.
Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Administrator
·One or more years of sales experience preferred.
·Two or more year’s related experience in a commercial parts department preferred.
·Excellent customer service skills with a Good clear telephone manner.
·Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook).
