ONLINE MERCHANDISING ADVISOR

Basic Salary – £20,000pa OTE up to £24,000pa
Hours –Mon to Fri 07:30-17:00
Saturdays (1 in 2) 08:30 - 12:30
Location - Hinckley

A main dealership is seeking an experienced Merchandising Advisor to join their team. Ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude. As Merchandising Advisor you will need to be target driven, comfortable selling with quality customer service skills.

Responsibilities of a Merchandising Advisor
·Working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
·Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle accessories.
·Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.
·Dealing with online enquires, customers, packing and shipping products.
·Making upsells to customers 

Skills and Qualifications of a Merchandising Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Competent computer skills
·Front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
·Strong customer service skills
·Confident in sales
