Job Role: Mobile Vehicle Technician / Mobile Mechanic

Depot Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 Monday – Friday, lots of overtime available

Contract Type: Full time / Permanent role

Financial Package: £35,000 - £40,000

My client, a well-established Fleet Maintenance business is actively seeking to employ a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to work on a mobile basis

Working on a mobile basis across the midland’s region, you will be required to undertake the following;

• Carry out thorough vehicle inspections
• Carry out any repairs required that have been highlighted on the initial inspection
• General Servicing and MOT preparation
• Fault finding & diagnostics
• Updating all required paperwork / databases

The successful Vehicle Technician will have the following attributes;

• Ideally holding full industry qualifications (L3 City & Guilds or NVQ). However, my client will consider L2 qualified candidates with detailed experience in the industry.
• Have detailed knowledge and understanding of Car & Van Maintenance to include field service work.
• Experience working in a mobile capacity would be ideal but isn’t essential
