MECHANIC / VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Mechanic / Vehicle Technician required for a main dealership in Cardiff

Basic Salary: £23,000pa - £25,000pa BONUS/OTE: up to £28,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day (on rota)

This job role requires you to have a Level 3 Qualification as a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician. You will be obligated to work in ranges from servicing a vehicle to general vehicle repair and engine rebuilds, gear boxes and heavy mechanical work. You must be able to work within a responsive dealership environment as part of an active and busy team, with great technical skills and a motivated attitude when faced with heavy workloads both individually and as part of the workforce.

The right candidate for the role will be a proactive, reliable and accomplished Mechanic / Vehicle Technician with an attention to detail in all their work.

Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic:

·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Mechanical experience within the automotive industry
·Adaptable approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction
·Have skills in many areas – general services, basic diagnostics etc
·Good attitude and a time-conscious individual
·Be enthusiastic and have drive to reach and to excel targets
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
