MASTER TECHNICIAN
Master Technician required for our automotive client in South West Hertfordshire

Basic Salary: £35,000pa plus BONUS/OTE: up to £45,000pa

This is an exciting opportunity for a Master Technician to support the company in driving the business forward through managing the workshop and the service team. You will need to have either previous experience as a Master Technician/ Senior Technician or have strong diagnostic capabilities. You must have previous dealership experience.

Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays (1 in 3) 8:00am – 12:00pm

Skills and Qualifications of a Master Technician role:
·Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Master Technician experience preferred but not essential
·Strong diagnostic skills
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction
·Strong leadership and team building skills
·MOT experience preferred but not essential
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
