LCV CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR
Basic Salary – £23,000
OTE - £28,000
Location - IPSWICH

Vacancy to be filled by an experienced LCV Customer Care Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.

Responsibilities of a LCV Customer Care Advisor
·Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online.
·Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers
·Build relationships with customers
·Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
·Look for cross-selling opportunities to increase individual purchase value and overall sales
·Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers

Skills and Qualifications of a LCV Customer Care Advisor
·Must have previous experience within customer service
·Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·A ‘customer first’ attitude and approach to working
·Computer literacy
·Organisational and administration skills
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
