WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR/ Costing Clerk
Salary - £25,000 - £27,000
Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 18:00 every other weekend paid time & a half
Location - Avonmouth
Our client requires a Commercial Vehicle Warranty Administrator / Warranty Advisor / Parts Advisor / Service Administrator / R & M Administrator for their depot.
This role gives full training, just working knowledge / experience of warranty is required, the rest will be trained for the right candidate.
Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator
·Communicating with manufacturers
·Dealing with warranty repairs and parts
·Arranging for delivery of parts
·Collating all warranty paperwork
·Working to manufacturers guidelines
·Issuing of order numbers and authorising work to vehicles
·Issuing sales ledger invoices for vehicles on contract
Skills and Qualifications of a Warranty Administrator
·Strong administrative background
·Experience in the motor trade essential
·Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles strongly preferred
·Commercial experience of dealing with vehicles an advantage
·Ability to work alone and part of team and to ensure get results
