Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Salary:£19,000
OTE £30,000
Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00
Alternate Weekends Sat 09:00-17:00 & Sun 10:00-16:00 (2 days off in the week)
Location:Chelmsford

We are looking for someone who is dedicated and takes pride in their work so that customers receive a world class customer experience. The role will involve taking inbound calls and making outbound calls as well as web chat interactions with the customers. The key to both your and our success is to put our clients and their customers at the heart of the service we provide.

Your job will entail being the main point of contact for telephone email and web based enquiries, dealing with general customer enquiries regarding Vehicle Sales


Essential Skills & Qualifications for Customer Service Advisor:

·Experience of working in a fast-moving Customer Service environment
·Excellent Communication skills (Email and phone)
·Experience of using Microsoft Office
·Able to work as an individual or as Part of a team, taking many tasks at once
·The person must be bright, confident with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Be flexible and able to juggle many tasks at once
·Previous experience in customer service and administration
·Previous experience in the Automotive trade would be a plus.
