HR Assistant/Payroll Assistant
Basic Salary £22,000
£25,000 OTE
Hours:08:30-17:30 Mon-Fri
Location - Suffolk

Our client prides themselves on being the market leaders in their field, managing large scale accident repair volumes to the insurance community. They are now in the process of expanding their business and are looking for a talented HR Assistant to support their growth.

As a HR Assistant you will be working in a small team reporting in to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide an efficient dedicated first line support to the management population within the Group, You will be supporting on all HR policies and procedures, such as disciplinary, grievance, H&S, compliance, absence & performance management.

To succeed in this role as a HR Assistant you will need:
·Proven generalist experience at HR Officer level or above
·CIPD qualified, or working towards
·Understanding of employment law and hands on experience of employee relations.
·Proficient MS Office skills
·Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with outstanding organisation and time management skills
·Able to travel to and work at different sites within the Group, when required
·Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
·Able to complete work to a high standard within a given time frame
