HGV Technician - Avonmouth - £33000 - £43000 DOE / overtime worked

My client is looking for a qualified HGV Technician to join their busy workshop in Avonmouth

This is a challenging yet extremely rewarding position with a company that will offer an attractive basic salary and growth for the right HGV Technician.

The HGV technician role involves:

·Repairing company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current legislation.
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for annual MOT inspection.
·Diagnosis of vehicles using computer based diagnostic equipment.
·Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication work.
·Good housekeeping routines to meet H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard.
·To communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager

Essential for this HGV Technician role:

·Level 3 or equivalent HGV Technician
·A HGV licence would be an advantage as would main dealer experience
