HGV Technician

I am currently working with one of the UK’s leading suppliers of integrated
waste management and environmental solutions.

I am currently recruiting for a HGV Technician and a team player to join a friendly , family-owned business to work in there clean well equipped workshops.

As a HGV Technician ,you will be maintaining a mixed fleet of rigid and articulated vehicles to a high standard in line with DVSA and FTA requirements


Experience

HGV Technician experience is essential and ideally you'll be qualified or semi-skilled

(C&G HGV parts 1,2,3 NVQ level 3 or equivalent or relevant experience)

it would be an advantage if you have an HGV licence and knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems but this is not essential as they will always train the correct candidate.

Shifts

you will be working an average working week of 47.75 hours over a two week split rota.

week one Monday to Friday 7am- 4.00 pm

week two Monday to Friday 6am- 4.30pm

Plus alternate Saturdays morning 6am-11.30am

in return you would be awarded with an annual salary of £36,848 ( Fully Qualified )

Working out to be £14.85 p/h
