Salary of the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Trailer Technician: £29,500.00 - £37,500.00 Basic PA DOE (Plus overtime)

Working hours of the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Trailer Technician:
Day shift - 8am - 5pm (there is overtime available)

Motivated and Enthusiastic HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Trailer Technician required for an expanding Truck and Trailer repair company in Nottingham area

This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Trailer Technician to join an expanding business and grow with them.

The HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Trailer Technician role involves:

·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements
·Ensure all paperwork is completed
·To complete all service work
·Supply a professional performance in all aspects of work activities to make an essential contribution to the value and retention of customers.
·Supporting colleagues in the workshop with any technical issues and innovations.
·Ability to carry out comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of malfunctions.
·To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
·Attend Breakdowns


Required for this HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Trailer Technician role:

·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician / IRTEC or Time Served
·HGV licence is ESSENTIAL
·Diagnostic experience a benefit
·Any MOT Testing experience would be a benefit
·Minimum 3 years experience
