Location of the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer: Norwich

Salary of the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer : £32,000 - £37,000 (negotiable basic salary - a shift premium is applied on top of the basic pay for both roles)

Shift of the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer: 2 shifts available: Night shift Monday to Friday 22:00 - 06:00am and then Weekend Shift also available Thursday - Sunday 07:30am - 18:00pm

My client, one of the largest Commercial Vehicle Dealer groups in the UK, is looking to employ a couple of experienced HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer due to expansion and the continued growth of their depot.  

As a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer some of your duties will be to:-
·Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles and trailers to VOSA standard
·Attend regular training courses to keep up to date with current product knowledge
·Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to
·Maintain a high level of tidiness & cleanliness
·Predominantly Vehicle Inspection, repairs and MOT Preparation
The ideal HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / PSV Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer would have a City & Guilds or NVQ qualified certificate or proven experience repairing and maintaining Commercial Vehicles.
Having a Class 1 licence would be an advantage but not essential.
