Head Of Business
Basic Salary of £60,000pa plus OTE
Location: Cambridgeshire

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Head Of Business (or transferable role) to join our popular, high demand brand Dealership.

As a Senior Manger, you will have responsibility for strategic direction and operation implementation. You will achieve success by effectively leading, guiding and directing your management team. You will efficiently manage the resources within the business to achieve targets, sales volumes, profit, satisfaction, and loyal customers and staff.

You will be committed to maintained a culture of Customer Service. You will develop an environment of exceptional performance through communication, team building and coaching. You will monitor, measure and direct performance to develop further goals.

You should have a keen focus on achieving continuous improvement. You should understand the importance of running performance groups and organisational designs, development, how the departments are running your business and how you can show your organisational skills to staff.

The successful candidate will understand the importance of quality, vision, values and the business. You will ensure that procedures, processes and financial guidelines are adhered to and maintained.

The position is a fast-paced and dynamic role, therefore, the successful candidate will need to be able to approach pressured situations in a calm and methodical manner. The ability to able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously is essential, as is a "can do" attitude and the desire to lead.

Experience as a Head of Business or transferable role is required.
