GENERAL MANAGER
General Manager required for our automotive client based in Lincoln.

Basic Salary £50,000pa plus BONUS&OTE £100,000pa

Our esteemed client is looking for a seasoned Business Manager to lead their capable and successful team. You will be a hands-on General Manager who has passion and takes pride in all that they do. Also, a friendly expert who wants to deliver an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust.

As a General Manager you will be coordinating the daily activities, ensuring all services and products meet high standards and maintaining an effective relationship with all customers and colleagues. The General Manager will be responsible for performance forecasting and control, action planning, sales process control as well as after sales process control, alongside customer satisfaction analysis, and conducting warranty reports.

In the role of General Manager, you will also prepare and complete all relevant paperwork accurately, and in line with legal requirements. You will also assist the Sales Manager to motivate and lead a team of Sales Executives to hit and exceed their targets. The right candidate for this role will be a customer focused leader and benefit from a rare salary package.

Working Hours Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm.

Skills & Qualifications of a General Manager

·Proven track record of sales within a main dealership
·Previous General Manager experience within an automotive environment is essential (3 years minimum)
·Demonstrates the ability to works well under pressure
·Excellent relationship building, team motivation and negotiating skills
·A full and clean UK Driving Licence
