We are looking for someone who can embrace and promote this leading automotive brand, taking pride in their work so that customers receive a world class customer experience. The role will involve taking inbound calls and making outbound calls. The key to both your and our success is to put our clients and their customers at the heart of the service we provide.

Your job is to lead your team, promote the company and provide guidance to your colleagues. You will be resolving complaints and identifying risks. You will be making decisions based on your knowledge and taking joint responsibility of the site.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Customer Service Manager:

·The ideal candidate will have knowledge of insurance principles, although this is not essential
