Basic Salary - £20,500
Working Hours -  40 Hours + Overtime Available
Location - Winsford


My client, a Car Dealership is looking for a Customer Service Executive
 
Aim of the Customer Service Executive:
To promote and grow the companies sale and proposition, canvasing for new and existing clients.
 
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive:
Execute all hire enquiries / opportunities - manage delivery and collection and ensure that efficiency is achieved 
·In and outbound calls
·Maintain a strong relationships with current and new customers
·Take a proactive and disciplined approach in managing the commercial relationship with our client base - regularly liaising with our clients to cultivate the business
·Work closely with the Depot Managers to support retention of existing business and help to win new business from existing customer base via our added value services
·Maximise sales contribution each month and exceeding the company's expectation
·Grow customer revenue base through marketing and Telesales activities with the clients
·Take part in review meetings and present KPI's and performance
·Manage the resolving customer / invoice and other queries
·Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction are met
 
Other duties of the Customer Service Executive:
·Liaise with dealerships
·Support the business bookings
·In and outbound calls
·Maintain a database of new and existing clients
·Keep records of all activity and outputs
·Take a pro active approach to the market and promote the divisions of the company
·Generate leads and appointments for external sales team

·Customer Focused attitude
·Numerical and written skills
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
·Willing to learn and develop themselves
·Proven Telesales ability
·Educated to "A" level
·Adaptable and self starter
