CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
OTE - £23,600
Basic Salary – £20,000
Working Hours -Mon-Fri 08.00-18.00, 1 in 2 Saturdays 08.00-13.00
Location - Hertford
SATURDAYS PAID AS OVERTIME
Vacancy to be filled by an Customer Support Executive with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.
Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive
·Inbound and Outbound calls
·Dealing with finance agreement queries
·Managing and booking appointments
·Updating customers
·Dealing with complaints
Skills and Qualifications of a Customer Support Executive
·Must have previous experience as a Customer Support Executive/Retention Specialist/Call Centre
·Confident on the phone and with handling customer complaints
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy department
