Customer Service Advisor
Basic: £20,000
Location: Bournemouth
 
General Purpose Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about our services.
 
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
▪ deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
▪ respond promptly to customer enquiries
▪ handle and resolve customer complaints
▪ obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
▪ explanation of our options
▪ comply with all company procedures
▪ direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
▪ keep records of customer interactions in CRM
▪ communicate and coordinate with internal departments (payroll, sales)
▪ Complete daily assigned tasks.
 
Education and Experience
▪ Minimum GCSE/ A level Education
▪ knowledge of customer service principles and practices
▪ knowledge of relevant computer applications
▪ ability to type, IT literate
▪ knowledge of administrative procedures
▪ numeric, oral and written language applications
