SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR / SERVICE ADVISOR (FLEET)
Location: Swindon
Salary : Up to £24,500pa

INVOICING / KERRIDGE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL!

A new and exciting opportunity for a service administrator has become available for this busy environment.
You working within the Fleet Service department reporting to the line Manager.

Our client is looking for a Fleet Administrator/Service Advisor to support the team at this New car distribution/fleet handover centre in Swindon.
The work consists of updating workshop records/completion of job cards and data input of staff company vehicles and general office duties.
Candidates must be computer literate with Microsoft programmes - (excel) You must have a good telephone manner, confident speaking face to face and be used to working under pressure.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

The hours of work are from 07.00am – 17.00pm Monday – Thursday and 07.00 – 14.00pm on Fridays.

There is a 2 week shut down in the summer and 1 week shut down over Christmas.

This is a contract position initially, leading to permanent status after a qualifying period of 12 weeks.
