Location: Worthing

Salary for Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator: £20,000pa up to £22,000pa dependant on experience

Working hours for Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator:
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm


Our client requires an experienced Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator for their dealership in the Worthing.

As a Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator you will be supporting all credit control activities. Our client is looking for someone to join the team and continue to do things the right way.

Responsibilities as a Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator is to:

·To take ownership of the effective collection of debt and the maintenance of the debtor ledgers within the brand
·To ensure that the Group accounting procedures from a credit control perspective are fully adhered to
·To communicate regularly with customers/debtors, and act promptly to ensure any issues or queries are resolved, maintaining good customer/debtor relations.
·To report high category issues to the team leader at the earliest opportunity
·To set up all accounts consistently across the different platforms
·To ensure all Group financial controls are adhered to and that all reporting deadlines are met

Key requirements as a Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator that has: 

·Excellent communication skills
·Dealership experience is an advantage
·Experience gained in a Credit Control Position
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·AAT would be a clear advantage
·Kerridge experience is highly desirable
