SALES MANAGER
Corporate Sales Manager required for our dealership client based in Farnborough.

Basic Salary £50,000pa up to £55,000pa plus BONUS & OTE £75,000pa

Our client, a dealership is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager for their busy, fast pace dealership based in Farnborough.

As a Corporate Sales Manager you will be responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products. You will also manage and train members of the Sales Team and support them to help drive the business forward and sell, all whilst achieving top customer satisfaction for the dealership. Along side you'll need to have previous corporate experience with strong automotive knowledge, time management and effective handling all sales activities.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm

Skills & Qualifications of a Corporate Sales Manager:

·Previous experience within a main dealership
·Must have previous corporate experience
·Minimum 5 years sales experience
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·To maximise sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers
·Evidence of managing a team productively
·Ability to monitor and train staff to ensure they work to the standards of the company
·To ensure monthly targets are met or exceeded within the sales team
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements
·Valid and clean UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
