Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer

Location: Airdrie
Salary: £11.50 up to £13 per hour + Plenty of OT (time and a half)

Working hours:
45 hour per week + OT

Our client, a successful HGV Bodyshop is looking to employ and experienced Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / HGV Paint Sprayer to join their team in Airdrie.

Duties as a Commercial Vehicle Paint Technician / HGV Paint Sprayer / Paint Sprayer will include:

·Be responsible for and ensure that all pre-defined production and pre-start checks are carried out and that all process paperwork is completed correctly and accurately.
·Prep and paint a variety of LGV and/or HGV, coaches & plant
·Carry out relevant preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment
·Setting up paint application equipment in the paint shop for all possible paint applications in accordance with best practice

Requirements as a Commercial Vehicle Paint Technician / HGV Paint Sprayer / Paint Sprayer will include:

·Experience as a Vehicle Painter, sprayer, prepping and in strip and fit
·Experience working with HGV / LCV / Plant / Coaches is essential
·Effective communicator with good customer service skills
·Experience within a Bodyshop, or Accident Repair Centre
·Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
·Valid driving license
