Call Centre Operative
Salary of £20,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Edgware - North London

We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Operative/Service Advisor looking to join our large, growing brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership aims to facilitate all customers and their motoring needs. Their vision is to grow a dynamic and progressive environment for their staff and customers. Their purpose is to deliver 100% to all customers, first time.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have Call Centre experience and be outstanding over the phone. Someone with Dealership experience would be an advantage, however not necessecary. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a close knit team, be efficient and methodical, and enjoy working towards targets.

Call Centre Operative General Duties;
·Booking in Customers Vehicles in for MOT's, Servicing, repairs etc via telephone
·Making inbound calls and receiving outbound calls from new and existing customers
·Selling Service Plans to customers via telephone
·Dealing with Customer feedback and potential complaints
·Updating the customer on the process of their vehicle
·Taking payments for bookings and plans sold

Call Centre Operative Essentials;
·Call Centre experience
·Dealership experience (desired)
·Second-to-none customer service via telephone
·Able to sell over the phone
·Able to work in small teams
·Be methodical and time efficient
