CAFE HOST/ SERVICE COORDINATOR

Basic Salary – £21,000 Basic + Bonus & Benefits OTE £24,000
Location - West London

Vacancy to be filled by an experienced Cafe Host/ Service Co-Ordinator with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.

Responsibilities of a Cafe Host/ Service Co-Ordinator

·As the Café Host/Service Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the Café and Service environment and the overall customer experience.
·Identifying customers’ needs, taking care of them, offering refreshments and ensuring they are directed to the most appropriate person will be key focus areas.

Skills and Qualifications of a Cafe Host/ Service Co-Ordinator

·You will welcome every customer through our service drive through doors, managing their visit by directing them to the correct service advisor efficiently and offering refreshments throughout.
·You will be the first impression for our clients and guests – so a warm and cheerful voice with an ability to multi task is essential.
·You will also help pro actively manage the experience of whoever visits our showroom so that each customer and guest feel that they have had a uniquely personal and bespoke service.
