·We are looking for a highly motivated person with passion and drive who can provide exceptional levels of customer service, someone who can lead, drive and motivate the Sales team, exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the car department
·You should have the knowledge experience drive and ability to get the most out of the Sales Department and Sales team bringing with you very high standards and new ideas.
·You will need to control the car and demonstrator car sales and stock levels, to be able to converse with divisional and manufacture personnel, exceed targets and meet tight deadlines.
·Maintaining supportive relationships between departments, customers and colleagues
The ideal candidate will:

·Have at least 2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a Car Dealership
·Be able to demonstrate a good record of achievement in Finance and Insurance
·Have a strong retail car sales background and be a good communicator with both customers and colleagues alike.
·Have a comprehensive knowledge of all Finance and Insurance products, working closely with the Sales Manager you will provide direction, support and assistance to the Sales Executive team as required, whilst delivering an unbeatable buying experience to customers.
·Highly motivated and determined to be successful, with a high level of numerical skill.
·You must be able to demonstrate a high record of achievement in Sales, Finance/Insurance with a strong Retail Car Sales background and be a good communicator with customers and colleagues.
·You will need to have the ability to generate sales using a pro-active and disciplined approach to meet clearly defined targets and objectives.
·You will be responsible for all business opportunities by developing close working relationships with the General Manager and Sales Team.
·You will be required to work effectively to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained
