Bodyshop Receptionist/ Customer Service
Bodyshop Advisor / Administrator Required in Bristol
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 / 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
Holiday: 22 days per annum + bank holidays
- Are you a Bodyshop Receptionist/ Administrator looking for a new challenge?
You will be providing front of house customer service.
- Deal with Customer Insurance claims sent by our work providers
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Vehicle Technicians / Productives
- Liaison with customers and insurance companies about any additional work required
- Answering calls and booking work into the workshop
- Handling customer complaints and taking ownership until resolution
- Responding to customer requests
Essential Skills & Qualifications for Bodyshop Receptionist role:
- Previous telephone experience is preferred.
- You must be IT literate and have knowledge of Microsoft.
- Be hard working
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Be a team player
- Good telephone manner
- Automotive experience
- Customer handling skills
