We have a vacancy for a Parts Adminstrator

I am looking for a candidate who must have the following experience & skills;

Must have experience in the parts department of either a dealer or bodyshop setting.

Duties will include, ordering parts with suppliers from the estimators parts list to vehicle chassis nr.
Accurately entering parts onto the bodyshop management system.
Checking parts ordered match the items received and items are correct.
Checking parts discounts and ensuring discounts are correct as agreements with suppliers.
Being able to chase and control parts for multiple vehicles at the same time.
Chasing outstanding parts required to complete a job.
Must be able to update the managing director and estimating team on outstanding parts multiple times throughout the day.
Checking returns have been collected by the suppliers and chasing for credit notes.
Able to identify parts required from manufacturers exploded diagrams.
Must have a an excellent knowledge of vehicles, to be able to identify any additional parts requested by the bodyshop floor and estimating teams.
Fast paced office, and must be able to work under pressure.
Have a professional telephone manner and be able to build rapport with suppliers.
Team player.
