·Are you an experienced Commercial Vehicle Body Shop Manager looking for a new challenge?

My client, an independent Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop is looking to recruit an experienced HGV Bodyshop Manager for their busy site in Northampton.

The ideal Bodyshop Manager MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL VEHICLE EXPERIENCE.

My client would like someone to come and hit the ground running and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing their team to deliver a quality repair – on time, every time.

The successful Bodyshop Manager will deliver exceptional market-leading customer service by actively managing the delivery of a first-class customer service journey. This will be achieved by proactive control of the customer experience, from initial booking in to the final return of the vehicle.

Bodyshop Manager Skills & Qualifications:

·Delivery of proactive performance management
·MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL VEHICLE EXPERIENCE
·Management of staff
·Previous Bodyshop Manager experience is essential
·VDA/Estimator experience is desirable but not essential

Ideally, we are looking for somebody with an in-depth knowledge of current management systems and tools as well as the ability to interpret printed estimating package information.
