Job Role: Automotive Service Advisor
 
Salary: £30,000 + Bonus
 
Working Hours: 07:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays paid at overtime rate on top of the basic salary
 
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
 
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

My client, one of the leading Truck manufacturers globally is looking to expand their service department and is actively recruiting for  an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor for their  Nuneaton  Depot.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor

• Be the first point of contact for all customers repair requirements and updates
• Writing orders for repair work
• Raising job cards
• Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
• Up selling after sales services
• Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor 

Excellent communication skills
Second to none Customer Service skills
Enthusiasm and is hard working
Self-motivated and a team player
Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
Motor trade experience is essential
