Aftersales Advisor
Salary up to £21,000pa plus Bonus and OTE
Location: Cambridgeshire

We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Service/Aftersales Advisor looking to join our popular, and high demand Dealership.

This dealerships offers wide range of services, from Car Sales to Car repairs. All staff are trained to have a "hands on" attitude and provide car and respect to each customer, making sure the experience performs perfectly, just like the customers vehicle.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Essentials;
·Previous Service/Aftersales Advisor experience
·Full UK driving license
·Taking pride in the service you provide
·Hands on attitude
