AFTERSALES ADVISOR

Basic Salary – £19,448 basic + Bonus
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm Saturdays on rota 8.30am - 1pm
Location - Gateshead

Vacancy to be filled by an experienced Aftersales Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.

Responsibilities of a Aftersales Advisor

·Responding positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs
·Advise a recommended course of action and accurately invoice for work carried out
·Ensure customers are fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value products maximising the opportunity to up sell
·Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary.
·Answering customers’ questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and without excessive technical jargon
·Checking all documents for accurate completion, maintaining all customer record files and job cards on a daily basis and storing records logically for ease of retrieval.

Skills and Qualifications of a Aftersales Advisor

·Full UK drivers license
·Background in customer service, sales and an interest in the automotive industry
·Great organization/admin skills and experience using computer systems
·Upselling experience as well as being comfortable in fast-paced environment
·Able to maintain customer service levels whilst meeting KPI’s and deadlines.
