Aftersales Advisor

Our client, a main dealership is seeking an Aftersales advisor to join their dynamic team in a high volume and busy parts and service department based in Reading.

Basic Salary: up to £24,000pa BONUS/OTE up to £34,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
Alternate Saturdays 8am to 12.30pm (paid as overtime)

·Are you looking to work for a fast paced and busy dealership?

You will be joining a friendly team working predominantly in the parts department. Ideally, you will be from a parts background and be able to turn your hand to helping the Service Department and scheduling workshop jobs. As an Aftersales advisor you will also be responsible for the ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories, as well as working on the Service desk and scheduling workshop jobs. This is a busy role which receives a high volume of calls in the department. If you are motivated in sales and feel comfortable in a selling capacity, then this role is for you! 

You will have experience within the automotive industry in a parts role and have great working attitude.

Aftersales Advisor Skills & Qualifications for an Aftersales Advisor Role: 

·Previous automotive experience as a parts advisor (2 years min)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Strong stable job history
·Strong customer service experience
·Ability to thrive within a busy parts department
