Our client are market leading bus company and are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to work in their Aberdeen depot. This role offers fantastic opportunity for training and development.

Working as a Workshop Supervisor in this role would involve:

·Organising and progressing work through the workshop to tight deadlines
·Making sure all work carried out is to a high standard
·Supervise staff and allocate tasks
·Cover staff absence or holiday as and when required

We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor with the following skills and experience:

·Sound mechanical knowledge
·A recognised qualification working with vehicles
·Working knowledge of working to commercial vehicles
·Full awareness of vehicle MOT preparation and presentation
·Bus or coach experience would be a benefit but not essential

This role offers 25 days holiday, ongoing training and development and overtime paid at higher rates.
